Henderson, NV – Wheelchair Bound Pedestrian Killed In Crash On NV-582
Henderson, NV (May 6, 2019) – It has been reported that a man in a wheelchair has died in an accident involving another car. The man was traveling northbound in the bike-lane on Nevada Highway 582, also known as Boulder Hwy when he was struck by the vehicle.
The accident occurred at the intersection of Boulder Highway and NV-562 in the early morning hours. The incident took place earlier today on Monday, May 6th. The exact time of the collision was 6:30 a.m.
The accident resulted in lane closures on 582 for many hours following the event.
The investigation into the crash is still underway, and more information will be released as it continues.
