UPDATE-The identities of the deceased from Saturday\u2019s crash in the northeast Valley between a tractor-trailer and a bus carrying mineworkers have been identified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Eureka County Sheriff\u2019s Office confirmed the driver of the Pilot Thomas truck was Andrew G. Nash, 29, of Spring Creek. A bus passenger was identified as Rocky D. Witt, 62, of Spring Creek. Both were dead at the scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The incident occurred when the tractor-trailer truck crossed the center line and collided with the bus. 20 mineworkers were passengers on the bus at the time of the crash. The accident took place on Saturday morning, around 6:35 a.m. on Nevada 766 which is located approximately 6 miles north from Carlin. The accident was the result of a head-on collision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
