Las Vegas, NV – Vehicle Identified In Fatal Hit-And-Run At Charleston and Nellis Blvd
Las Vegas, NV (April 29, 2019) – The Nevada Department of Public Safety has confirmed an accident occurred on Charleston Blvd and Nellis Blvd in Las Vegas on April 3rd.
The accident took place early in the evening at 11:30 p.m.
The accident took the life of Jacqueline Dillon, who was walking across a marked intersection with her grandchild. Authorities confirmed that the woman died due to the severe injuries sustained in the accident. The girl was able to cross the street unharmed.
The car involved has been identified by authorities as a Toyota Corolla, from the years 2011 to 2013. The driver did not stop after striking the woman.
The investigation into the cause of the accident continues at this time.
Officials are looking for more information about the suspected driver at this time.
