Las Vegas, NV – Fatal Multi-Vehicle At Intersection of Reno Ave And Evaline St
Las Vegas, NV (April 29, 2019) – Sources have confirmed that an accident has occurred on the intersection of Reno Ave. and Evaline St.
The crash happened on Saturday, April 27, and took place in the late hours of the afternoon. The exact time of the incident was at 5 p.m. The incident involved two separate vehicles, and sources say the drivers involved knew each other. Both vehicles were said to be traveling eastward on Reno Ave. at unsafe speeds.
One car lost control, running into a wall, which ejected him or her from the vehicle.
Paramedics pronounced the driver dead at the scene.
Authorities have identified the deceased victim as Andrew Medrano, age 25 of Las Vegas.
The death was due to blunt force trauma experienced during the collision.
The other driver is said to have left the scene but returned soon after. He was taken into custody under suspicion of being under the influence.
The crash and its case are still in process, and information will be made known by authorities as it continues.
