Las Vegas, NV-UPDATE-Victim Identified In Fatal Rollover Crash On I-15
Las Vegas, Nevada (June 19, 2019)
UPDATE-The identity of the man that was airlifted to University Medical Center on June 13th has been identified as Glen George Nelson of Santa Maria, California. Mr. Nelson died at the hospital, he was 81.
Mr. Nelson was driving a blue Ford Expedition when a speeding Mercedes Benz S500 did not slow as it approached him. As the Mercedes came from behind the Explorer, it attempted to turn the wheel to the right but ended up crashing into Mr. Nelson in the process.
Mr. Nelson’s Expidition overturned on the road. When the police and EMS arrived, Mr. Nelson had to be airlifted to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
The details of this incident are still under investigation by the Nevada Highway Patrol.
