Authorities have released minimal information that an accident has occurred at the intersection of West Lake Mead Boulevard and Summit Hill Lane at around 12:51 p.m. Saturday.

Sources close to the accident have confirmed that injuries were sustained as a result.

The LVPD and emergency crews were on the scene and they tended to the injured parties while gathering information and helping the cleanup efforts of the debris.

At this time, the identities of the parties involved have not been released and the investigation into the cause of the accident remains ongoing.
