accident and determining who is at fault.

Our thoughts are with the injured victims and their families at this time. We hope for their full recovery.

Vehicle Accident in Nevada

One of the most common causes of accidents throughout Nevada is failure to yield the right-of-way for
other vehicles. Drivers who fail to yield the right of way are often distracted by their phones, passengers,
or anything else that diverts their attention from the road. When drivers are distracted, even just for a
few seconds, they could be unaware of cars changing lanes or slamming on their brakes in front of them.
Being distracted is one of the fastest ways for vehicles to collide.
