Las Vegas, NV – Toddler Dies After Attack by Rottweiler
Las Vegas, NV (April 29, 2019) – Early Saturday morning, a four-year-old Rottweiler attacked a 15-month-old girl in Las Vegas at 100 Appian Way, resulting in the young girl’s tragic death.
The dog was owned by a family friend.
Officials responded to the scene of the incident at on Saturday, April 27th.
Henderson Police Officials were called to the scene at around 7:50 a.m.
Paramedics were called to the scene of the dog attack to render aid to the infant and transported the young girl to Henderson Hospital for further medical treatment.
Sadly, her injuries were too severe and she passed away shortly after arriving at the hospital.
Animal control euthanized the animal at the request of its owner.
