Beatty, NV – Multi-vehicle Accident With Injuries US-95 Southbound in Nye County
Beatty, NV (May 4, 2019) – NHP Souther Command has released some details regarding an accident that happened Friday afternoon around 4:30 p.m. There was a motor vehicle crash that involved 3 vehicles. The types of vehicles and the names of the parties involved have not been released yet.
The accident occurred on US-95 southbound at the Nye County Mile Marker 60. Traffic was diverted around the Stagecoach Hotel in Beatty. There were major delays in traffic as a result of the accident.
Aurhtories, paramedics and the NVFD were at the scene to assess the injuries and to block the road off and divert traffic. Medical personnel assessed the injured parties and took those that needed further treatment to the local hospital.
The cause of the incident is still being reviewed and more information will be released to the public as more is known.
