Reno, NV – 11-Year-Old Critically Injured In Bike Accident On Berrum Ln
Reno, NV (August 23, 2019)
An 11-year-old was transported to a medical facility with life-threatening injuries after being involved in a bicycle accident in Reno. The injured victim was hit by a car at 1200 block of Berrum Ln. at around 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 22nd. According to police reports, the driver was traveling west on Berrum Ln. at the time of the crash.
The involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with responding officials. Neither drugs nor alcohol were believed to have played a role in the crash. The cause of the accident is not yet known.
The crash is under investigation by the Major Accident Investigation Team. More details will be released in the future. Our thoughts are with the injured victim and their family at this time. We hope for a full recovery.
