Hayden R. Cottle, Esq. is an associate attorney at The Cottle Firm and a proud Las Vegas native. He attended Green Valley High School before earning his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University, where he also attended the University of Cambridge, Pembroke College, UK, with an emphasis on global demographic shifts. It was during this time that Hayden’s interest in how social change impacts access to justice inspired him to pursue a career in law.

While attending the University of Idaho College of Law, Hayden was an active member of a community club assisting individuals with disabilities in obtaining their legal rights and benefits. He also worked with a service-animal nonprofit, helping staff understand how federal and state laws apply to service animals. His early commitment to advocacy led to his acceptance into the university’s trial advocacy/mock trial program, where he honed his courtroom skills.

Hayden is licensed to practice in both Nevada and Utah and is actively engaged in all levels of claims and litigation. His experience spans from cases valued at $15,000 to $15 million, giving him a unique perspective on handling a wide range of matters from simple car crashes and premises liability cases to complex trucking accidents, class actions, and multiunit fire cases involving injury and property damage.

In 2025, Hayden was recognized by The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 – Civil Plaintiff, honoring his growing reputation as a passionate advocate for his clients.
