Las Vegas, Nevada (May 4, 2019) – The Nevada Department of Public Safety has confirmed an accident occurred at 5:56 p.m. on Saturday afternoon. The accident happed off of 15 North and Charleston Blvd.  

Authorities have indicated the accident resulted in at least one injury. The cause of the accident is unknown.

The investigation into the cause of the accident is ongoing.  More information will be released as it is found.
