Wrongful Death Accidents In Nevada
There is almost a never-ending amount of car accidents in the state of Nevada. Many factors can cause accidents, including poor driving visibilities, speeding, drunk driving, and distracted driving, to name a few. One in three accidents which result from drunk driving is fatal. The same is true for speeding; one in three speeding accidents results in death as well. Across the country, the amount of severe injuries that occur every year is astounding: at least two million, according to the CDC.
When a loved one dies unexpectedly and unnecessarily due to another’s negligence, the frustration and sadness can be overwhelming for the family. The family of the victim should be able to focus on mourning their loved one and working towards healing, not on trying to figure out how to come up with the money to pay for funeral expenses. If you have lost a loved one in a fatal car accident, you may have a valid claim.
