Nevada Pedestrian Accidents
Cities in Nevada have higher pedestrian fatality rates than others in the nation. Las Vegas experienced 92 pedestrian deaths in 2015, and statistics show these deaths are on the rise in the state. Many times, these accidents are caused by distracted drivers or poor road conditions.
Pedestrians are vulnerable to severe injuries when struck by a motor vehicle. Even when pedestrians practice safe road habits, accidents still happen. In some cases, victims are able to contact a Nevada pedestrian injury attorney in order to hold the at-fault party reliable.
